SignalWire Launches No-Code Intelligent AI Agent for CPaaS

By Stefania Viscusi July 13, 2023

SignalWire, a provider of low-code APIs, has announced the launch of SignalWire AI Agent, a no-code artificial intelligence agent for CPaaS so businesses can seamlessly integrate intelligent conversational agents into their existing infrastructure using minimal coding and plain text instructions.

No-Code Intelligent AI allows users to develop and deploy artificial intelligence models and applications without the need for coding or programming skills, and is already growing in popularity today for the ability to quickly and easily build new solutions.

By adding this to CPaaS, which already offers a simplified, scalable, and cost-effective approach to integrating communication capabilities, a powerful tool to speed innovation is born.

Now users can effortlessly embed intelligent, human-like conversational agents into existing infrastructure to eliminate deployment issues, improve customer experiences and reduce time to market.

This latest release from SignalWire highlights the company’s dedication to accessibility, rapid innovation, and user-friendliness. It also  builds upon the success of previous offerings from the company including SignalWire Markup Language (SWML), and SignalWire Call Flow Builder.

From the ability to control conversation flow with ease to creating dynamic and engaging and an intuitive and visual interface - it offers a simple way for developers or creators to construct and customize AI conversations.

A notable feature is the SignalWire AI Gateway (News - Alert), which enables virtual agents to access and share information with custom middleware. This means they can also perform various actions like transferring calls and sending SMS using the available CPaaS APIs. This opens up a wide range of integration possibilities and significantly enhances the capabilities of traditional voice agents.

"At SignalWire, time-to-market is as important to us as it is to our customers. We relentlessly pursue speed and innovation to ensure our customers can deliver advanced capabilities to meet complex requirements with intuitive development," said Anthony Minessale, CEO of SignalWire. "We invented SWML to deliver a simple to use, no code solution that harnesses the immense power of FreeSWITCH. Now our customers can easily build and rapidly deploy an industry leading, human-like conversational AI Agent in minutes."
