Ringover Announces $21M Funding Round to Boost Customer Satisfaction and Sales

Ringover, a Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) developer, announced the successful completion of a $21 million financing round that it says will be used to help intensify its research and development efforts, particularly in the realm of AI, and expedite its global expansion plans.




The recent funding round, led by Orange (News - Alert) Ventures and Bpifrance's Large Venture, and with participation from existing investor Expedition Growth Capital, brings Ringover’s total investment to over $32 million in 2023.

With the recent funding round, the company will add to its team of nearly 300 dedicated employees adding new talent across all departments, with a significant focus on research and development.

As a trusted customer relations partner for its 10,000 corporate customers worldwide, and following the successful launch of Cadence and Empower in the first quarter of 2023, its goal is to offer streamlined technologies infused with AI and machine learning.

More specifically, the company aims to create a comprehensive suite of SaaS tools to address various customer service and sales challenges. It is focused on democratizing the use of AI in daily operations, empowering sales and customer service teams to prioritize high-value tasks.

The company also said it wants enhance quality of service by offering advanced functions and integrations, supporting companies as communication channels multiply. Additionally, the company plans to establish stronger infrastructures and teams in the U.K., U.S., and Spain while leveraging partnerships to facilitate its global expansion.

“Knowing sales performance and customer relations are undergoing major transformations, our priority is to remain attuned to our customers’ expectations,” said Renaud Charvet, CEO and co-founder of Ringover. “With this round of funding, we’re accelerating development while remaining true to our fundamental goal — to offer a powerful suite of customer relations tools, focused on team performance and enhanced by AI.”

To expand its presence across the Atlantic, Ringover said it will be opening a new office in Atlanta.
