Intelisys, a ScanSource (News - Alert) company that accelerates the future of tech by providing access to hardware, software and services that support hybrid workplaces of the future, has recognized Vonage (News - Alert) for its Channel Partner Program. Vonage was awarded the Intelisys 2022 Top Overall Program Award.
A little long-story-short background:
Back in 2021, cloud communications provider Vonage redesigned its Channel Partner (News - Alert) Program and launched a completely new Partner Experience Portal as part of Vonage Accelerate, its strategic growth initiative to increase focus, investments and efforts in the channel. These are still driving the success of Vonage partners globally, enabling them to create empowered outcomes, accelerate business development and expand revenue potential.
Now, Vonage’s Channel Partner Program is based around a tiered structure for the incentivization of a partner’s full journey. This program includes personalized support for partners and their customers before, during and after deployment, as well as the assurance that teams will have the ongoing training and support required to reap the most benefits from their Vonage solutions.

Aqeel Shahid, Vonage’s Vice President of Global Strategic Partners, was also awarded the Intelisys Top Channel Leader Award for the Pacific Southwest Region. Alongside Intelisys, Shahid helped to redefine how sales partners pitch, package and deploy highly customizable communication and contact center solutions.
Finally, Intelisys honored Vincent DiCicco, Vonage’s Senior Regional Manager, with the 2022 Top Regional Channel Manager Award for the Pacific Northwest Region. DiCiccio worked daily with Vonage partners to help strengthen their business, deliver long-term solutions, and expand overall market presence.
