NWN Carousel Wins Communications Contract with Texas Agencies

By Luke Bellos March 21, 2022

Cloud communications service provider NWN Carousel announced a new contract (DIR-TELE-CTSA-014) with the Texas Department of Information Resources. As part of this contract, NWN (News - Alert) Carousel will provide unified communications, managed services, and contact center support to government agencies across Texas.

NWN Carousel has maintained a solid reputation among both commercial and public organizations in Texas, providing communications services for healthcare providers, school districts, local government offices, and other businesses. Considering the company’s success throughout the state, as well as its impressive portfolio of solutions and services, NWN Carousel seems to be the perfect communications provider to help transform the Texas public sector.

“NWN Carousel has succeeded all over the country in supporting the public sector. This is the next chapter of delivering proven, cloud communications services to Texas agencies,” said Dan Tassone, Chief Revenue Officer, NWN Carousel.

One of the key areas of focus for this contract will be to consolidate voice, video, and data communications into a central location, in order to enhance the productivity of government employees. NWN Carousel will also help introduce remote/hybrid support, helping employees stay connected securely and reliably outside of traditional office environments.

“We have seen how the pandemic has challenged public agencies to rethink their approach to a hybrid workforce.” said Jim Sullivan, President & CEO, NWN Carousel. “As a Cloud Communications Solution Provider, we can now deliver to Texas public sector agencies, an end-to-end unified communications platform. One that integrates every mode of interaction — whether it’s messaging, voice, or video, inclusive of contact center and carrier services — and uniquely monitored by our self-serve analytics platform, the Experience Management Platform,”
