Hubspot Ventures Fuels Aircall Portfolio With New Strategic Investment

By Luke Bellos March 07, 2022

Cloud-based phone solution developer Aircall announced a new strategic investment from Hubspot Ventures, in order to enhance communications experiences for customers.

Aircall and Hubspot first partnered back in 2016, with Hubspot acting as the CRM platform of choice for Aircall’s phone services. HubSpot’s (News - Alert) latest strategic investment is a demonstration of faith in the Aircall portfolio, as well as business philosophy, and will be used to expand telephony capabilities for small/midsized business customers across the globe.

“We aim to support companies that help businesses grow better, and Aircall meets that description,” commented Andrew Lindsay, Senior VP of Corporate and Business Development, HubSpot.

“Its game-changing voice communications platform is now the most installed phone app on our platform, a powerful indicator that our customers see the value of integrating their voice channel with their CRM. We’re excited to continue to deepen our collaboration with Aircall as we both work to create remarkable end-to-end experiences for our customers.”

With remote activity now solidified in modern work culture, and legacy telephony infrastructure becoming obsolete, the demand for Aircall’s services will only grow in the coming months and years. Thanks to Hubspot's financial support, Aircall can meet those demands every step of the way.

“At Aircall, we’ve been working to build a customer-obsessed culture. We’re looking forward to continuing a strong relationship with HubSpot, as we both create tools and services that are used and loved every day by thousands of customers. Integrating our products through a strong and open ecosystem paves the way for the future of voice.” added Olivier Pailhes, Co-founder and CEO, Aircall.
