2600Hz Joins TeamMate for Microsoft Teams Integration

Business communications solutions and platform provider 2600Hz announced this week it will be working with TeamMate Technology, a Microsoft (News - Alert) Teams integration company, to offer customers a Microsoft Teams direct routing integration.

Customers will soon be able to take advantage of a SIP trunk integration that connects to 2600Hz’s KAZOO platform, allowing users to make and receive outbound calls directly through Microsoft Teams.

KAZOO service providers, like service providers on all PBX platforms, are asking how they can easily integrate with Microsoft Teams," said Micah Singer (News - Alert), Managing Director of TeamMate Technology. "With the TeamMate Connector, any KAZOO service provider now has an automated tool to add the Microsoft Teams dial-pad as another phone option complete with multi-level support, branding, and a Teams Application."

Microsoft Teams usage has increased significantly over the last few years, but has recently skyrocketed in popularity among the global workforce thanks to the shifting demands of the pandemic. With such a huge portion of businesses utilizing the platform, the demand for communications integrations continues to rise.
