SIPPIO and Clerk Chat Launch Seamless Messaging for Microsoft Teams

SIPPIO, a voice enablement platform, and Clerk Chat, a conversational messaging service, introduced “SIPPIO Text Messaging by Clerk Chat.” The new service integrates SMS/MMS and WhatsApp Business directly into Microsoft (News - Alert) Teams. Support for Apple Messages for Business coming soon.




The SIPPIO platform simplifies PSTN calling in Microsoft Teams Phone (News - Alert) and Zoom Phone. 

Clerk Chat offers a conversational messaging platform for VoIP businesses, enhancing communication across all channels. Designed for enterprise use, Clerk Chat integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot (News - Alert), Dynamics for sales and marketing, and eDiscovery tools like Smarsh and Global Relay for compliance.

This service is available as a stand-alone offering for existing Teams Phone users or bundled with SIPPIO’s acclaimed voice solutions.
