ITEXPO Exhibitor Telinta's Virtual Office Hosted PBX Solution Receives Smart Redesign for Users

By Alex Passett February 14, 2024

Earlier this morning, Telinta — a proud exhibitor of ITEXPO (News - Alert) 2024, part of the #TECHSUPERSHOW experience — officially announced a significant redesign to its unique Virtual Office Hosted PBX (News - Alert) Solution.

Some helpful context: Telinta boasts a full portfolio of hosted white label solutions for VoIP service providers, as well as their cloud-based TeliCore softswitch and billing platform. TeliCore integrates switching, billing and customer management to offer premier solutions, comprehensive training and 24/7 live technical support. (Telinta (News - Alert) also provides SIP trunking for business customers and resellers, work-from-home VoIP services, and more.)

Furthermore, Virtual Office is Telinta’s award-winning answer to VoIP service providers’ challenges; it enables them to offer highly customizable services to SMBs, home-based businesses, etc. According to Telinta themselves, “Virtual Office users can customize their own personal VoIP solution by navigating through a brandable self-service web portal, selecting the features and capabilities they need.”

Now, as part of this newly announced redesign, Virtual Office enhances navigation speed and speeds up the end user commands and execution efficiency of its already reliable Hosted PBX features. It also includes, as developed by Telinta, “an all-new user interface, making the solution even more intuitive for everyone interested.” Virtual Office end users can sign-up online, select their own DIDs and toll-free numbers, add extensions, set up voicemail, configure an auto-attendant and IVR, set up call routing, and set up conference calls.

“What makes Virtual Office so unique,” explained Alex Ferdman, Telinta’s CEO, “is that it doesn’t require IP phones or an ATA; instead, it can be used with existing landline and mobile phones, and with any of Our brandable mobile, desktop and web-based softphone solutions.”

“We made Virtual Office easier and faster to use, so that our VoIP service provider customers can better succeed in winning end users,” Ferdman added. “Stay tuned for additional news later this year about how Virtual Office can help our ITSP customers.”

Find Telinta on the exhibit hall floor, which opens this afternoon for all attendees! They’ll be at booth #563.
