With that said, C3 Complete felt it was time to bolster its information security, privacy and regulatory compliance service offerings. To achieve that, C3 Complete acquired the Cyber Security business unit of Compliance Solutions.

Compliance Solutions is a U.S.-based company specializing in compliance services for the telecommunications industry. They offer a variety of services, including regulatory compliance consulting, network security assessments, data privacy audits and incident response and remediation.
The acquisition adds several new capabilities including security risk assessments, digital forensics and incident response, CMMC and ISO 27001 readiness, SOC2 gap analysis as well as penetration testing and vulnerability assessment offerings.
