Crexendo, Mavenir Announce Strategic Partnership to Expand Portfolios

By Luke Bellos March 14, 2022

UCaaS/CCaaS company Crexnedo recently announced the formation of a strategic partnership with cloud-native telecom software provider, Mavenir.

As part of this business relationship, Mavenir will merge Crexendo’s UCaaS offering with Mavenir Connect. Additionally, Crexendo will integrate Mavenir’s CCaaS solution, as well as chatbot and automation capabilities.

"The collaboration with Crexendo accelerates Mavenir's growth in the UCaaS space,” commented Jorgen Nilsson, President, Enterprise Connect (News - Alert) Business, Mavenir. “By allowing both companies to focus their efforts and investments on what each company does best, business customers benefit from a full portfolio of communications solutions with faster innovation, omnichannel customer engagement, extensive API-based programmability, commercial flexibility and a large number of out-of-the-box integrations."

The deal is a win-win for both companies, with Mavenir now able to expand its sales potential by bringing cost-friendly unified communications capabilities to business customers, enabling greater productivity and engagement for employees. At the same time, Crexendo’s client base will benefit from advanced contact center enhancements and omni channel communications support, providing customers with the service they expect in the increasingly digital economy.

"We chose the combined Mavenir-Crexendo solution because it has enabled us to deliver the value, flexibility and support our clients expect that is largely unavailable from the larger players in the market. This new collaboration will provide service provider organizations like us with an even more seamless, disruptive, and integrated offer."
