By Luke Bellos March 10, 2022

Traditional office environments are fading into the sunset. Even with the pandemic nearing the end, workers and executives unanimously agree remote activity is the future of work. But to ensure dispersed workforce productivity,  organizations need virtual communications systems rivaling in-house equipment.

2600Hz announced the launch of comm.land, a next-gen application, powered by the KAZOO hybrid platform, allowing workers to consolidate personal communications into a single interface.

This offering includes a unique embedded webphone to enhance communications experiences for users, allowing employees to benefit from features including video chat support, screen sharing, call history logs, and voicemail access. Remote employees can also park, retrieve, and filter audio calls, as can utilize transfer/forwarding features to direct customers to the most appropriate employee for their inquiry.

"Our focus has been on creating a truly unified communication experience that empowers efficient communications while being fun and easy to use" said Patrick Sullivan (News - Alert), CO-CEO and CO-Founder of 2600Hz. "We are excited to bring our customers and the remote and hybrid workforce comm.land so they can thrive."

In addition to the previously mentioned features, extract comm.land webphone to a web browser. The release also supports numerous third-party integrations and workforce applications. Combining these advanced features with an accessible, intuitive interface offers remote employees a complete communications system to excel wherever they may be working.
