AT&T Shows Solidarity with Unlimited Calling to Ukraine

By Luke Bellos February 28, 2022

After a brutal weekend of horrific airstrikes, ground attacks, and cyberwarfare, Ukrainian forces continue holding firm on the Russian military advance. As citizens around the globe condemn Russian actions, demonstrations of solidarity display growing Ukranian support. While the population of the world boycotts Russian products and services, service providers are stepping in to offer assistance.

AT&T (News - Alert) announced free unlimited long-distance calling from the United States to Ukraine for customers. Company leadership hopes to keep Ukrainian citizens connected with the outside world through the worst of this conflict.

The company announced on its official webpage, “AT&T is supporting efforts to keep our customers connected to their loved ones during the recent events in Ukraine. Beginning February 26, 2022, through March 7, 2022, we’re offering our consumer and business customers unlimited long distance calling from the U.S. to Ukraine.”

This offer is fully available to all AT&T Postpaid and PREPAID wireless customers, as well as for those utilizing VoIP systems and landline phones. U.S. citizens fearing the worst will be able to engage with loved ones, and offer support during these uncertain times.
