New York-based communications and managed services provider BCM One named Adnon Dow as its Chief Strategy Officer. The hire comes two months after BCM One announced Sandy Preizler as its new CEO, and underscores the company’s commitment to accelerating innovation, expanding its partner ecosystem, and driving market growth in areas such as AI-driven communications, UCaaS, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity.
Dow brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the IT and communications industries. Most recently, he served as SVP of Global Channels and Alliances at Bandwidth (News - Alert), where he pioneered and implemented a comprehensive go-to-market strategy spanning MSPs, ISVs, GSIs, and SIs – launching the program from conception to market in just 15 months. His success at Bandwidth reflects his ability to not only craft strategy but also execute at speed and scale.
Prior to Bandwidth, Dow held strategy and sales leadership roles at Centerity (News - Alert) Systems (Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer), NCR Corporation (VP, Global Solution Sales), and Motorola (Head of Enterprise Channel and Go-to-Market), where he drove operational scale and go-to-market effectiveness. He also founded and served as General Manager of Trustlogics, a global professional services firm specializing in strategy and consulting to help organizations navigate complex challenges in go-to-market execution.
Certainly, his credentials speak for themselves, but there’s history here, too – and it’s certainly not uncommon for new leadership to bring in familiar faces. In this case, Dow and Sandy Preizler know each other well, having worked together previously – not once, but twice. Their tenures coincided at both Bandwidth and NCR, each time for about two-and-a-half years.
Beyond that, though, BCM One has grown into a diversified communications brand one the back of a series of strategic acquisitions, through which BMC One now offers six distinct brands that serve SMBs, enterprises, and channel partners worldwide. As the company looks to further advance its product and innovation roadmap, Dow’s background does offer opportunities to guide the company in its next phase of growth.
- Global Channel Expertise – His experience at Bandwidth building a global partner program from the ground up complements BCM One’s goal of expanding and strengthening its channel ecosystem.
- Track Record of Strategy & Execution – From NCR to Motorola (News - Alert) to Centerity, Dow has blended long-term vision with hands-on execution, a balance BCM One that should service BCM One well as it scales solutions in AI-driven communications, UCaaS, and cybersecurity.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset – As founder of Trustlogics, Dow understands the agility and creativity required to disrupt markets, a trait that will help BCM One stay ahead in a constantly changing landscape.
“As BCM One continues to evolve and expand its solutions portfolio, Adnon's deep expertise in strategy, product development, and market disruption will be instrumental in shaping BCM One's future growth. He brings not only a wealth of experience, but also a leadership style that prioritizes empowerment, accountability, and speed-to-market-critical factors in our next stage of growth.” — Sandy Preizler, CEO, BCM One
Founded in 1992, BCM One powers business communications for organizations across more than 80 countries. Its portfolio spans enterprise connectivity and communications through Pure IP, white-label UCaaS for MSPs via SkySwitch, and flexible SIP trunking and messaging solutions through Flowroute, SIP.US, and SIPTRUNK. With Dow guiding strategy, BCM One positions itself to extend its global reach and accelerate value delivery for partners and customers globally.
