SkySwitch Empowers Partners with New Foundations Program, Paving the Way for Accelerated Growth

SkySwitch has always put its partners first.  It shows each year at its annual partner event, Vectors, which takes place in just under two weeks in Orlando, Florida.  Each year, the excitement from partners is evident as they gather to learn from each other and their white-label provider with an opportunity to understand what new opportunities lie ahead.




This year, I’m sure one of the things partners will be talking about – and asking questions about – will be the latest embodiment of SkySwitch’s commitment to its partners – the white-label UCaaS provider’s new Foundations program, an evolution of and addition to its existing partner program.  The new Foundations program, announced this morning, complements SkySwitch's existing Wholesale program by providing comprehensive back-office support, strategically designed to empower partners and fuel their business growth.

The Foundations program is a game-changer for partners, directly addressing a critical challenge faced by many white-label UCaaS providers:  the complexities and resource demands of back-office operations.  While SkySwitch's established Wholesale program offers a robust platform and support under the partner's brand, Foundations takes this a step further by having SkySwitch manage the intricate processes of billing, taxation, and regulatory compliance on behalf of their partners.

For partners, this means a reduced operational burden, freeing up valuable time and resources, which they can shift to more strategic tasks and  core business activities, like sales, marketing, and delivering exceptional customer service.

With operational complexities being handled by SkySwitch, partners can dedicate their energy and resources to building their brand identities and nurturing customer relationships.  The ability to place greater emphasis on customer experience will drive satisfaction, loyalty, and sustainable growth.

The ability to outsource critical back-office functions allows partners to scale their businesses more efficiently without being bogged down by administrative burdens.  This streamlined approach enables them to pursue growth opportunities with greater agility.

There’s another important factor that shouldn’t be overlooked.  Foundations also lowers the barrier to entry for new partners that may not have the infrastructure or expertise in managing back-office functions.  Now, they, too, can confidently offer these services, knowing that SkySwitch has them covered.

  • Stronger Partner Relationships:  By actively addressing a significant pain point for many partners, SkySwitch demonstrates a true  understanding of partners’ needs and a genuine commitment to their success.  This commitment fosters stronger, more collaborative relationships between SkySwitch and its growing partner network.
  • Increased Platform Adoption:  By making it easier for more MSPs, VARs,  and CSPs to offer its white-label UCaaS, SkySwitch positions itself for continued growth and an increase in usage of its underlying cloud platform, strengthening its market position.

The addition of the Foundations program gives partners a choice.  Those who have the ability and prefer to manage their own back-office activities can continue to do so, while still enjoying all the benefits of the SkySwitch platform and relationship.  At the same time, partners seeking more comprehensive support have that option from their platform partner. 

The program demonstrates SkySwitch's understanding of the diverse needs within the white-label UCaaS ecosystem.  By offering this flexibility, SkySwitch allows partners to choose the model that best aligns with their business strategy, resources, and growth objectives in a competitive communications market.
