Discuss the Current State of the TSD at ITEXPO 2025

By Greg Tavarez January 14, 2025

The Technology Services/Solutions Distributor, or TSD, is a key figure in the channel ecosystem, serving as the bridge between technology vendors and the resellers, integrators and service providers that bring solutions to end customers.

Distributors don’t just move products; they add significant value by providing logistics, technical expertise and business support to help their partners succeed. TSDs simplify procurement, which makes it easier for channel partners to deliver a broad range of products and services to their customers.

Many TSDs also offer advanced solutions, including training, marketing support and access to tools that enhance partner capabilities. They often help partners with modern technology, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity and IoT.

With industry insights and a focus on building long-term relationships, TSDs are there to assist partners that want to scale their businesses and stay competitive. Their role isn’t just about logistics — it’s about enabling innovation and driving success across the technology ecosystem.

And there is an opportunity to learn more about the TSD at ITEXPO 2025, taking place February 11-13 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. ITEXPO (News - Alert) combines educational conference programming with a robust exhibit hall, networking events and other activities, bringing together buyers and providers of business technology products and services that drive business success.

During a panel session, “The State of the TSD,” scheduled for 9:00-9:45 AM Wednesday February 12, attendees will be provided an overview of the current state of the TSD, including key trends, challenges and opportunities.

The panel will also discuss the value that TSDs bring to both vendors and channel partners, and explore strategies for building successful partnerships that are the cornerstone of success.

To attend the session, register for ITEXPO today.
