Appointment-Plus Online Scheduling Software Offers Book Now Button in Facebook

Appointment-Plus, a provider of workforce and appointment scheduling software solutions, unveiled a revamped Book Now button. The new feature helps businesses run more successfully and profitably. The new tool makes Facebook (News - Alert) page into a money-making tool. Placing a Book Now button next to the special offers and deals can bring instant sales, says Get Satisfaction. According to Get Satisfaction (News - Alert), 43.5 percent of customers follow a business’ Facebook page for special offers.


“Facebook has become an important marketing tool for businesses around the world,” said Bob La Loggia, CEO of Appointment-Plus, in a statement. “It’s the ideal place to offer customers the convenience of online scheduling.

The Book Now button gives customers immediate access to online scheduler. Users can conveniently view services, staff members and availability. They can instantly book their appointment times.

Appointment Plus provides appointment scheduling software to several industries including sports, leisure, photography, healthcare and call centers.The company’s scheduling software faces competition from companies like Monet that provides call center scheduling service. Monet WFM Live, the call forecasting and employee scheduling solution from Monet, includes ACD integration, real-time adherence and intra-day management.

Recently, appointment Plus was selected by a personal training company called Body by John in Portland, Maine. John Emond, the owner of Body by John, selected Appointment Plus when the center witnessed rapid growth in customers and he found it difficult to manage all the scheduling.
