Sabio Group Reaches Further into European CX Market wit Coverage Group Buy
In a move that will help further expand its operations into the European Customer Experience (CX) space, Sabio Group, a provider of customer solutions and technologies, has announced it acquired Paris-based CX technology and communications solutions provider, Coverage Group.
The deal will assist Sabio with becoming a top player in the region when it comes to CX solutions and services. The company has been working on acquiring top providers in areas across the globe over the last several years. This deal will give the company a stronger foothold in France.
“The acquisition is a massively important strategic addition for Sabio Group and our customers in a number of ways – it means we have now built a substantial presence and customer base in France, it further strengthens our expertise and our relationship with Genesys (News - Alert) and Avaya and most importantly it brings a fantastic team and set of customers into the Sabio Group,” said Sabio Group’s CEO Jonathan Gale.
Coverage Group has been operating since 2007 and is an established Genesys, Avaya (News - Alert), and Broadsoft technology partner. The company helps businesses with their digital transformation strategies and ensuring that customer experience solutions are a part of that.
The company also provides a communications network with voice and data links as well as a VPN service that keeps communications secure and a real-time Network Operations Centre for extra peace of mind.
