Avaya Signs Master Agent Agreement with SYNNEX in Canada

The phrase cloud or bust certainly takes on new meaning these days. Cloud communications providers were seeing an uptick in adoption prior to our WFH world, but since the global pandemic started there’s been a bit of a spike. The opportunity is abundant, and the channel is cashing in.

Avaya named SYNNEX Corporation its first Master Agent in Canada. The partnership makes SYNNEX the first to offer Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral UCaaS to Canadian businesses via its partner network.

With Avaya Cloud Office, businesses gain a robust communications platform capable of delivering voice, video, file sharing and meetings in addition to other engagement and collaboration capabilities. Timing of Canadian availability is sometime in June. SYNNEX gains a prize hog in its stable, one that pairs nicely with the depth of its portfolio and wealth of expertise.
