FirstLight Announced Accession Meeting and Cloud Contact Center

FirstLight announced Accession Meeting and Cloud Contact Center solutions to its portfolio. The Albany-based communications services provider is targeting enterprises with the duo of cloud-powered solutions.

Accession Meeting is powered by MetaSwitch and supports meetings of up to 100 people with features like desktop sharing, recording and more. Cloud Contact Center is powered by Intermedia in partnership with MetaSwitch enabling firms to manage customer service operations effectively and efficiently via SaaS platform.
