Avaya Picks SYNNEX to Deliver New Cloud Office UCaaS Solution

Avaya has announced SYNNEX Corporation joined its Master Agent program and will distribute its new Cloud Office UCaaS solution through its nationwide network of sales agents.


Avaya Cloud Office is a public UCaaS solution developed from a strategic partnership between Avaya and RingCentral. It’s slated to be introduced in the first quarter of 2020 and will offer a seamless journey to cloud-based UC for customers.

“There is particular excitement around our new Avaya Cloud Office offer,” said Frank Ciccone, Avaya senior vice president, North America Sales.

“It is expected that customers will benefit from increased access to technology that drives positive business outcomes as well as the ease-of-doing-business they experience with Avaya and SYNNEX (News - Alert).
