Edify Labs Hires Mitel Veteran as VP of Channel Sales
Contact center and unified communications solutions provider Edify Labs recently announced that it has hired Mitel (News - Alert) veteran Paulette Huber to serve as Edify’s vice president of channel sales. Huber will oversee Edify’s relationships with various master agents and other partners to expand Edify’s ability to help organizations upgrade their customer experience capabilities through the channel.
“Paulette is an exceptional addition to our team, bringing vast channel experience and deep relationships with leaders in that arena,” said Cameron Weeks (News - Alert), co-founder and CEO of Edify. “We know her insight and knowledge are true assets to our business and our current and future channel partners. We look forward to seeing Edify continue to grow under her leadership.”
Huber brings more than 13 years of experience building successful relationships and managing partners in the referral and carrier Channels. Prior to joining Edify, she held leadership roles at Mitel, Serenova, NICE inContact, and more. Additionally, Huber spent five years as a contact center agent and manager, giving her a unique perspective on the industry and how technology impacts its people.
“I’m drawn to Edify because of the technology, as well as the company culture. My channel experience and Edify’s complete cloud contact center solution are a perfect match,” said Huber in a statement. “I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of Edify’s future growth.”
Edify’s flagship product, Edify CX, unites contact center (CCaaS), unified communications (UCaaS), and real-time communications platform (CPaaS/API) functionality in a single cloud-native solution that facilitates continuous conversations, allowing users to easily move among channels in one window. In late March, Edify released its new Sync capability for one-click video collaboration inside its cloud-native business communications solution. The goal of Sync is to increase Edify CX’s one-window power and remove the need for third-party video applications to connect internally with teammates and externally with customers, partners, and others.
