Rocket.Chat Intros Instagram Direct

Consistent communication is key for businesses attempting to create stronger bonds with valued customers. According to an article from VentureBeat, enterprise communications provider Rocket.Chat  announced the launch of its latest offering: Instagram Direct. With this solution, businesses can connect Instagram accounts through the Rocket.Chat omni channel platform. This allows contact center agents to securely manage activity and directly respond to Instagram customer inquiries from a single interface. The solution also enables businesses to personalize communications with images, videos and voice messages, to create unique experiences for individual customers.

In addition to offering direct communications to customers, the Rocket.Chat solution enables other valuable features. Users can incorporate chatbot functionality to offer customers general support without requiring any human assistance. Customer service managers can also assign specific types of inquiries to separate departments, allowing customers to connect directly with the most qualified agent . And like many modern contact center solutions, Rocket.Chat users can leverage collected data to analyze conversations to further improve experiences.
