Pindrop Partners with Five9 to Enhance Customer Security
Companies across the world are becoming more dependent on their contact centers to support customers, especially with customers spending more time at home as a result of the pandemic. While cloud contact centers are making it easier for businesses to adapt to higher volumes of call activity, rising levels of cybercrime and fraud attempts have many business leaders concerned about customer data security.
To ensure contact centers are well protected against online threats and bad actors, information security company Pindrop recently announced a partnership with cloud contact center leader, Five9. As part of this new business relationship, Pindrop security solutions will now be available to purchase through the Five9 (News - Alert) CX Marketplace.
“Now more than ever, contact centers are hyper-focused on improving both user security and customer experience,” said Walt Rossi, Vice President of Business Development at Five9. “Partnering with Pindrop gives our customers more choice in addressing both those needs simultaneously and will allow more organizations to protect sensitive customer information and prevent fraud with voice authentication technology.”
Notable solutions introduced to the CX marketplace include:
- Pindrop® Protect:a real time fraud monitoring solution, allowing contact centers to detect suspicious activity to prevent caller data from being exploited
- Pindrop® Passport: a customer authentication solution using advanced IVR technology to confirm caller identities, and provide more personalized service.
- VeriCall® Technology: a machine-learning enhanced solution which analyzes call data to verify phone numbers are coming from reliable sources.
“As we head into 2022, a key focus for our business is to make voice authentication technology more widely accessible and beneficial to businesses across a variety of industries,” added Gahn Lane, VP, Global Partners and Alliances at Pindrop. “We are excited to kick off our partnership, and look forward to seeing it evolve and mature over the remainder of the year.”
