WirelessCar to Showcase Call Center Services
Electric vehicles are a monumental leap forward in the world of transportation, and will play a huge part in reducing harmful carbon emissions destroying our planet. Thanks to advancements in AI, automation and wireless monitoring tech, not only are these vehicles eco-friendly, they are exponentially safer than standard cars. However, EV tech developers are still making improvements to increase safety levels even further.
This week, digital vehicles services provider WirelessCar announced the company will showcase a new call center services product at CES 2022 in Las Vegas. The new offering, which runs on Amazon Web Services (News - Alert), enables EV equipment manufacturers to provide call center services safely in common travel situations, such as roadside assistance, stolen vehicle assistance, or technical support.
Representatives with WirelessCar intend to offer attendees in-depth details as to how users can leverage this offering to provide increased safety for customers, as well as to gain new analytical insights from EV drivers.
"CES (News - Alert) affords WirelessCar an incredibly high-profile global platform from which to showcase our proven and tested connected vehicle solutions to some of the world's leading OEMs," said Martin Rosell, CEO of WirelessCar.
The advanced tech found in electric vehicles makes it easy for drivers to stay connected at all times, which can be extremely useful in emergency situations. With WirelessCar’s new call center services solution, drivers will have automatic crash notification capabilities, enabling faster medical response times in the event of an accident. If a vehicle is stolen, this service allows contact center agents to track its location, while even preventing thieves from getting far with Remote Vehicle Immobilization(RVI) features.
