Heartland Dental Recruits RingCentral for Communications Transformation
Cloud communications leader RingCentral recently revealed the nation’s largest dental support organization, Heartland Dental, has invested in RingCentral MVP™ (Message Video Phone™) and RingCentral Contact Center to enhance communications for both employees and patients across the country.
Heartland Dental provides non-clinical administrative support for dental offices, so that Dentists and healthcare workers can devote more time toward patient care. Heartland currently supports over 1,400 offices in the United States, offering services in areas including HR, marketing, insurance, and accounting, among others. The organization also offers education services for healthcare professionals, offering affiliated dental offices to continuously improve experiences.
Due to Heartland’s business expansion and evolving customer demands, the company turned to RingCentral (News - Alert) to transition away from its legacy communications infrastructure, in order to provide quicker, higher quality administrative care to benefit patients and employees alike. Additionally, Heartland now has the ability to shift simple administrative tasks away from human agents thanks to RingCentral’s advanced AI capabilities.
“RingCentral MVP has helped us to connect, communicate, and collaborate more effectively with our supported practices’ patients,” said Jeremy Stroud, VP of Patient Services, Heartland Dental. “On the call center side, we now rely on RingCentral’s advanced contact center solution, which has allowed us to handle an increased number of calls as well as expand patient chat to our supported practice websites, allowing us to meet the patients at the channel they want to use. The analytics have been a game-changer. With all the call data at our fingertips, we’re able to help our supported doctors grow their businesses.”
