Zammo Introduces No-Code Conversational AI Platform for Voice Automation
Increasingly, people all over the world are getting more comfortable with speaking to computers. We’ve gone from “Siri, what’s the weather?” to comfortably chatting with our smart phones, our smart home devices and even our appliances.
According to Juniper Research (News - Alert), the total transaction value of smart home payments, payments that occur via smart home devices, will exceed $164 billion in 2025, from $22 billion in 2020. They also noted that increasing use of voice assistants via smart speakers for e-commerce, propelled by rising user and merchant acceptance, will drive dramatic growth of over 630 percent in total value over the next five years.
By automating some voice channels, companies can take the pressure off contact center agents to handle common, routine questions, and improve the customer experience by allowing customers to easily and naturally find their own answers. It also allows organizations to more easily provide ADA-compliant information accessibility solutions for differently-abled employees and customers.
Zammo is an artificial intelligence voice computing platform that automates business through voice commands. The company recently announced what it calls the “world's only no-code, conversational AI platform.” It allows businesses to engage and transact with customers on voice assistants, interactive voice response (IVR)/telephony, and chatbot channels such as Facebook (News - Alert) Messenger. The platform eliminates time-consuming and cost-prohibitive service contracts that prevent organizations from embracing conversational AI technology, allowing any business user to design and deploy conversational AI, across all channels without coding or technical expertise.
"Voice-enabled communication is better for everyone. Not only is it more efficient for the business, but it also makes information more accessible, creating a more inclusive society," said Alex Farr, CEO and Founder of Zammo.ai, in a statement. "Until now, the problem has been how to get businesses there. Zammo makes conversational AI a reality for all organizations."
In addition to making it easy to add automated voice channels, the Zammo solution helps companies understand their customers better by delivering unified data analytics across all channels, leveraging insights from user engagement for business-led learning and continuous improvement.
