VyStar Seeking to Fill Contact Center Seats in Florida
Contact centers have always played an important role in customer relationships. For businesses now adjusting to the new norm in a post-COVID world, there has been an even more focused approach to delivering optimal care.
Most businesses have seen an increase in the number of call coming into their contact centers by people asking questions and looking to get support. To address this need, VyStar Credit Union recently announced it’s hiring 50 additional full-time employees at its contact centers in Jacksonville and Gainesville Florida.
The Member Service Specialists will be communicating with the company’s 725,000 members who call in about loan payments, account information, and even assisting twitch financial transactions.
VyStar has been working to better adapt to customer needs and offers an online chat tool for customers to get in touch with representatives. It also added more hours of availability to its contact center which is open 7-7 except for holidays.
According to company officials, they have recently seen a large increase in the volume of transactions being completed online and over the phone and require assistance with getting those handled quickly and efficiently.
