Accellos Unveils V2.0 for Call Center Scheduling
Accellos, a provider of supply chain execution software solutions, unveiled the latest version of its Accellos One Schedule dock door scheduling system.
As stated, the new Accellos One Schedule 2.0 adds support for Microsoft (News - Alert) Outlook style functionality including recurring appointments, reservations, “drag and drop” scheduling and adjustments, and user-definable appointment “lifecycle.”
“Our goal with Version 2 was to provide the mid-market with a browser-based solution that could be accessed from inside our customer’s enterprise or by their customers, partners and vendors from anywhere,” Ross Elliott, chief technology officer at Accellos, said in a press release.
“By leveraging our Workspace framework, Accellos One Schedule does all of that and more,” Elliott added.
Utilizing the Accellos Integration Framework, Schedule can be used with the suite of Accellos One supply chain solutions and nearly any other ERP, warehousing, transportation or logistics solution in the marketplace.
Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colo., Accellos is a global provider of logistics, warehouse, third-party logistics, transportation and mobile fleet management software solutions. The company addresses the supply chain management and execution market with warehouse management systems for multiple environments, including transportation management software and in-field mobile resource management solutions.
In 2009, Accellos first announced Accellos One Optimize, its new load and route optimization solution designed for private and public fleets. Company official said that the newly announced Version 2.0 of Accellos One Schedule is currently in limited beta release and is planned for a general release shortly.
