net2phone Strengthens Portfolio with CCS Acquisition

CaaS solution company and IDT subsidiary net2phone announced the acquisition of Integra, a contact center solution provider operating in Europe, North and South America.


net2phone (News - Alert) is broadening its scope by adding Integra CCS’s contact center capabilities. Integra’s platform offers customers an impressive range of solutions to support digitally-focused contact center activity, including chatbot features, social media integrations, workforce management tools, and omnichannel communications support. Additionally, the platform enables third-party integrations..

Jonah Fink, CEO of net2phone, commented, “With the Integra CCaaS platform, our powerful UCaaS solutions, and our industry-leading SIP trunking service, we can provide holistic solutions that deliver unbeatable value. Leaders with net2phone and IDT believe adding the Integra CCS portfolio, as well as additional team members, is a critical step for the company’s development.
