NovelVox Adds Cisco Webex Contact Center Integrations

With the majority of consumer activity now digital, modern contact centers must adjust. Delivering quick and meaningful service is not an optional undertaking.

Contact center software developer NovelVox recently announced more than 75 third party integrations for Cisco Webex CC. These integrations support agents with a unified desktop interface featuring advanced productivity enhancements, reducing the need for multiple applications and empowering agents to focus on customer service.
