Waterfield Technologies Buys Speech-Soft, Sets Eyes on Global Expansion
Contact centers have experienced drastic transformations over the last two years , as a global pandemic conditions changed the way we work, access information, and even how we communicate with customers.
In light of these changes, and to help ensure businesses can keep up with the innovation requirements, contact center solutions provider Waterfield Technologies, has announced the acquisition of Speech-Soft Solutions.
The digital transformation services provider will now operate as a division of Waterfield Technologies led by its current CEO JP Reddy, reporting to Steve Kezirian, the CEO of Waterfield .
The deal will help move the company forward with its global expansion efforts, as it will now have a broad geographic network of sales, delivery, and support offices in the US, UK, Philippines, and India.
Speech-Soft also brings with it a specialization in Cisco (News - Alert) integration and support especially in Komandex Reskiller, Cisco CCE Contact Center Portal, and EntrAI.
As contact centers struggle to keep up with technology changes and the need for more digitization than ever, these service offerings will come with strong industry knowledge and support they need to move forward in confidence with the services they’re providing.
