Thrio Introduces ThrioRedact to Halt Data Loss
Cloud-based contact center software developer Thrio announced the launch of ThrioRedact, a new solution designed to prevent private customer data from theft or compromise.
Incorporating advanced artificial intelligence, the solution allows users to automatically find and redact personally identifiable information from customer interactions across digital channels. In addition, the solution encrypts communications data at every stage of interaction, offering automatic protection from rising cyber threats. The ThrioRedact solution is included in the Thrio platform, making deployment simple for existing customers.
