Upgraded Edition of Auraya Biometrics Solution Meets AWS Standards
Voice intelligence company Auraya has announced the latest edition of EVA Voice Biometrics, Auraya’s voice identification/verification solution, has been accredited by the Amazon Web Service Foundational Technical Review.
Digital marketplaces can offer companies a wide range of tools and enhancements to improve internal and external operations, without the massive investments and technical expertise needed in some instances. However, the amount of options currently available on the market has many consumers questioning the legitimacy of these services, forcing companies like AWS to lay out guidelines in regards to quality.
For those unfamiliar with the program, the AWS Foundational Technical review is a process for businesses to confirm the quality, security, and reliability of any solution that is available for customers through the AWS marketplace. By partaking in this review, companies like Auraya can offer customers complete confidence that their purchase meets Amazon’s high quality standards.
Version 2.1.2 of the EVA Voice Biometrics solution was developed under direct review of a AWS Partner Solutions Architect, confirming this new edition has met the rigorous standards that AWS partners are expected to follow.
"It has never been easier for organizations that use Amazon Connect as their cloud-based contact center platform to activate a comprehensive active and passive voice biometric solution within a few hours. Commented Paul Magee, President of Auraya “EVA delivers improved personalized self-service, reduced agent handling time, improved agent experience and most importantly, delivers on the promise of convenience and security for customers in all channels. In this world of more online, more work from home, more risk from cyber criminals and fraudsters, this easy-to-deploy and easy-to-use highly secure voice biometric capability is a game changer.”
