VAA Philippines Now Trained For Amazon Chatbot Development

Virtual assistant development company VAA Philippines has announced in-house Amazon VA experts have received specialized training for chatbots, allowing sellers to enhance customer engagement and improve service.

Chatbots and other AI-based services have gained popularity over the last few years. In the past, chatbot services were often viewed as underdeveloped and clunky, often considered a good idea that didn’t have the proper technology to be effective. Thankfully, advancements in machine learning and  intelligence software have made chatbots viable options for businesses looking to reduce human labor, and offer customers a convenient tool to handle common inquiries and general tasks.


Representatives of the company have noted that Amazon sellers often have trouble communicating with customers, as the platform does not offer a direct email or messaging service for contact. By incorporating a chatbot service, customers now have the opportunity to discuss order details or ask questions if necessary. The new line of communication also provides marketing departments with a new avenue for promotions, special offers, and surveys to improve service.
