Nordis Technologies Secures Patent for Expresso Management System
Cloud communications service provider Nordis Technologies has announced its customer communications management system, Expresso®, has been approved by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The company sought to secure the rights to 24 individual components of the management system, all of which were approved.
Expresso® is a cloud-based platform that enables businesses and large organizations to manage digital and physical communications, without requiring multiple programs to run simultaneously. The platform also features a wide range of business tools that can be used to automate services and simplify workflow.
“We helped launch a revolution in customer communications with our first-generation Expresso back in 2005,” said Ronnie Selinger, founder, CEO and president of Nordis Technologies. “Expresso transformed time-consuming and manual processes into a streamlined workflow for developing and personalizing letters, statements and other customer communications that’s faster, easier and more automated. Our clients love having the control to be able to make content changes and other revisions in real time.”
The patent recognizes a number of important features as key reasons for the final approval, including the system’s self service engine for testing, as well as integration features for digital and print communications. The approval also highlighted ExpressoVote® , a solution that allows homeowner association participants to organize and manage digital/in-person elections through a single platform.
“We are proud to receive this patent that acknowledges our leadership and innovation in customer communications management technology,” Selinger said. “We will continue to set the pace with advanced communications and payments solutions.”
