CCaaS Solution Storm by Content Guru Is Verified Citrix-Ready

Content Guru is a UK-based cloud communications provider that offers services in 30 countries through its cloud contact center-as-a-service solution called Storm. This week, the company announced that its solution has been verified as Citrix (News - Alert) Ready.
The Citrix Ready Program is a technology partner program that helps software and hardware vendors of all types develop and integrate their products with Citrix technology for digital workspace, networking, and analytics. To become part of the program, Content Guru’s Storm completed a rigorous verification process to ensure compatibility with Citrix, providing confidence in joint solution compatibility. Essentially, the solution can be trusted to work effectively with Citrix to enable contact center agents to deliver an excellent customer experience, wherever they are based.
Through the program, a partner company’s products and solutions can gain exposure to over 400,000 Citrix customers and 10,000 Citrix resellers. Partner solutions are featured in the Citrix Ready Marketplace, a one-stop shop for customers to explore and evaluate Citrix compatible third-party products and solutions.
