Lee Kayne Named Vice President of Contact Center Solutions for Carousel Industries
IT service provider Carousel Industries has announced Lee Kayne as the company’s new Vice President of Contact Center Solutions.
As part of this new role, Kayne will be in charge of managing Carousel’s contact center technology and engineering teams, and will be the leading strategist for the company’s contact center practice and marketing. Kayne was specifically selected for this position due to his high level of experience in cloud and SaaS (News - Alert) technology, having spent more than 30 years working in the industry.
“Lee Kayne has a strong track record as an executive and leader, who has built and managed top-caliber sales teams and consistently helped his organizations deliver measurable customer value and exceed their revenue goals,” commented Carousel’s Chief Revenue Officer Jim Marsh. “Given his proven success in cloud sales and his deep expertise in product development, he’s a terrific choice to lead Carousel’s Call Center Practice and drive this growth pillar for the company.”
Prior to moving to Carousel, Kayne served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Aspect (News - Alert) Software, where he helped the company retain a position as a leading provider of contact center solutions. Kayne also worked with Genesys for a number of years, holding senior positions in both sales and operations.
