Legion Introduces Four New Modules to WFM Solution
AI-powered workforce management solution provider Legion has recently announced the availability of four new modules for the Legion WFM platform.
Workforce management platforms have become a critical resource for businesses looking to create a more productive environment for employees, as well as to gain specific insights about areas in need of improvement. And with artificially intelligent resources now widely available, businesses can shift routine activities through an automated route to boost productivity and utilize human labor for more complex tasks.
Legion has taken another step forward with new financial and communications resources that allow businesses to analyze and automate a number of employee-related tasks. The four new modules include:
- Legion Labor Budgeting-allows users to create labor budgets with AI-powered, long term forecasts. It also allows users to incorporate details like operating hours, wage rates, and others to enhance weekly schedule development.
- Legion Performance and Rewards-enables business leaders to automatically analyze individual employee performance, offering a system that rewards and deducts points to better determine areas of success and areas in need of improvement.
- Legion Frontline Communications (News - Alert)-offers employees digital communications resources between managers and co-workers, without the compliance risks that normally arise on off-the-clock use.
- Legion InstantPay-a feature that simplifies access to employee earnings, allowing users to track their payments in real time through Legion’s WFM app. This also allows managers to analyze clock in/clock out times to improve schedule adherence.
“We’re excited to launch these new planning and budgeting capabilities, as they will enable companies to gain deep insights and introduce even greater levels of control over their labor costs. But workforce management isn’t just about labor management and optimization,” said Sanish Mondkar, Founder and CEO of Legion. “We believe it’s also about empowering frontline workers, increasing their engagement, and turning hourly jobs into good jobs. By integrating employee-focused modules we’re helping our customers create an even better experience that attracts and retains their hourly employees.”
