Talygen Unveils Employee Leave and Vacation Management Module
All employees have the right to time off, but most companies do not have a proper system in place to track and manage employee vacations.
When employees are working, they have to devise ways to manage both their vacation and sick time. Offering a helping hand in this task, Talygen, a provider of business management automation, has unveiled a new leave and vacation management module.
This new module is designed to help managers and employees better manage vacations, sick days, paid time off (PTO) and unpaid absences, thus enhancing productivity. The system calculates the number of leaves available to an employee and then verifies the employee’s planned leaves against those leaves.
Talygen’s Leave Management functionality also allows employees to request time off via a Web interface. It comes with other standard features as well, including time tracking, cloud storage, message boards, CRM, ticketing, invoicing and screen shots.
Talygen Leave Management enables managers to see all employee leave information from one central place. It also tracks employee leave transactions and allows companies to create different leave types for their employees.
