Over 3,000 Sign Up for Call Center Scheduling Assistance on USstoragesearch.com Since Launch
More than 3,000 self storage facilities signed up for USstoragesearch.com facilities since its launch in March, 2012.
Established in 2004, USstoragesearch.com is the self storage industry specialist featuring a large and long standing storage directory. This online self storage website is the only independent storage directory that has its own internal call center.
The company expanded its hours of operations earlier this year to become the first independent storage directory with a call center operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. USstoragesearch.com has experienced steady growth over the last years and expected a growth in both overall call center clients and use of the new call center services by current clients. The call center capacity of USstoragesearch.com has doubled since the beginning of the year and the company aims to triple the capacity by the end of July 2012.
“The USstoragesearch.com team saw the potential for providing 24/7 call center services to help both storage facilities and mini-storage consumers” said Mike Jones, vice president of Operations at USstoragesearch.com. “We were able to come up with a way to add the new 24/7 services using the same pay-for-performance model the company has used since it opened its call center nearly 5 years ago.”
USstoragesearch.com is nearing completion of a new 5,000 square foot expansion of its call center, which will serve its growing customer base. This expansion will also provide additional space for future growth and new projects.
USstoragesearch.com was also in news earlier this year for speaking and appearing at Inside Self Storage World Expo.
