New Agreement between Corporate Call Center and Health Care Benefits Company Creates 250 Call Center Jobs
With more senior members enrolling in Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Benefits and Medicare Advantage Plans, the insurance sector is becoming increasingly complicated and given the situation, a U.S.-based health care benefits company has decided to utilize the expertise of a leading call center for enhancing sales and improving customer support.
Corporate Call Center (CCC), a fast growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service provider has announced that a leading Health Care Benefits Company turned to Corporate Call Center for their highly trained, licensed, and credentialed sales agents.
This, CCC said, would add more than 250 jobs in its Blue Bell, Penn., Sentry Park facility.
Although many call centers are experiencing lower demands and severe cut-backs, Corporate Call Center is seeing increased demand from the insurance and healthcare markets. Post agreement, CCC’s two operations in Blue Bell will house more than 800 agents this fall, representing a 40 percent year-over-year growth.
CCC specializes in supporting the full customer lifecycle of sales, service and retention for insurance, healthcare, and financial services sectors. In a press release, the company expressed its satisfaction over the new alliance.
“We are extremely pleased about our newest partnership and the opportunity to bring additional business and employment to the region. We are confident that our vast experience coupled with our industry leading teams, processes, and technology will provide a comprehensive, best-in-class solution,” Corporate Call Center’s President Frank Pettinato, said.
Under the agreement, the new CCC client is going to use Corporate Call Center for Medicare sales and support. The Client chose CCC for its expertise in sales, customer services and retention services, in addition to the company's wide breadth of industry knowledge and experience providing Medicare health benefits solutions.
Under the agreement, CCC will provide the training for a state insurance license necessary to work for their new client.
Recently, CCC announced the appointment of Dan Wittner as senior vice president of sales, marketing, and client services. With 25 years of experience in the healthcare and financial services industries, Wittner is expected to drive growth for the company. His new role involves driving sales, creating new marketing strategies, and managing client relationships.
“Dan's vast experience in vendor management, operations, customer interactions, and call center operations has enabled him to strategically advise customers needing to outsource their business processes. We are confident that Dan's knowledge, forward-thinking strategies, and enthusiasm will enhance our growth potential and provide exceptional service for our clients,” Pettinato said with regard to the appointment of Wittner.
