LiveVox and Sandler Partners Sign Agreement to Deliver LiveVox CCaaS
Cloud-based customer service solutions provider LiveVox (News - Alert) Holdings, Inc. announced a strategic partnership with Sandler Partners, a telecommunications service business specializing in voice, data, cloud, internet, and telecommunications services. The agreement will bring Sandler Partners’ clients into LiveVox’s channel ecosystem.
Sandler Partners delivers cloud, colocation, mobility, continuity, and security solutions from more than 200 suppliers through a network of more than 9,000 expert technology sales partners, including agents, value added resellers (VARs) and managed services providers (MSPs). The company serves thousands of small, medium and enterprise organizations.
Thanks to the agreement, Sandler Partners’ network of partners can offer LiveVox’s omnichannel contact center solutions. LiveVox offers pre-integrated contact center solutions that are easy to implement and optimize, allowing companies to replace or enhance their existing contact center platform. As part of the partnership, LiveVox will educate Sandler Partners agents about their full suite of digital messaging and practical AI solutions and technologies.
LiveVox’s CCaaS 2.0 platform unifies blended omnichannel communications, customer relationship management (CRM), artificial intelligence (AI) and workforce engagement management (WEM capabilities).

Sandler Partners noted the addition of LiveVox’s CCaaS solution will offer partners improved voice and digital messaging capabilities, as well as robust compliance and risk mitigation credentials.
