Voximplant Selects Avatar in Drive Toward Automation
Automation is a business asset. With labor shortages affecting progress, especially within the contact center, automated support takes on a new level of importance.
This week, cloud communications company Voximplant announced the launch of Avatar: a new Natural Language Processing (NLP) service designed to help developers add advanced functions to IVR, voicebots, chatbots, and other automated solutions without extensive coding or technical overhaul.
Prior to the creation of Avatar, developers could only utilize Voximplant’s NLP capabilities via Google’s (News - Alert) Dialogflow bot builder. By creating a standalone solution, developers gain greater control over projects, more technical flexibility, and can incorporate internal data for intent classification. Additionally, Avatar minimizes the common issues normally associated with automation integrations, allowing companies to launch services faster and more affordably.
"We at Voximplant believe that the next generation of CPaaS is about intelligent services mixed together with easily programmable omnichannel communication capabilities and that this brings maximum value to our existing and future customers," says Alexey Aylarov, CEO and Co-founder of Voximplant. "We will continue to build AI-powered capabilities for our Platform to ensure our customers can delight their customers."
