Gridspace Teams with Google Cloud to Transform Modern Call Centers
Speech automation software provider Gridspace has announced the company’s no-code contact center solution, Gridspace Sift, will now be featured in Google (News - Alert)'s Cloud marketplace. By introducing the company’s automation and voice recognition software to Google’s customer base, businesses can now take advantage of easily deployable solutions to boost business activity and improve data analytics.
Gridspace Sift enables large-scale business operations to manage over 50,000 concurrent voice calls with an out-of-the-box deployment, allowing businesses to improve operations without a complex installation. As a part of the company’s new relationship with Google Cloud, the solution will allow users to take advantage of Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), which enables automated call analysis that can be scaled across multiple locations.
"Our launch on Google Cloud is an important step in our growth plan," said Evan Macmillan, CEO and co-founder of Gridspace. "We are thrilled to partner with Google Cloud to give more contact centers a quick, product-based AI upgrade that historically would take 12-18 months to implement. This partnership lets Google Cloud and Gridspace customers adopt cutting-edge automation without the traditional AI implementation friction."
Gridspace experienced a strong uptick in use among businesses looking to provide customers with additional resources throughout the pandemic. Despite restrictions easing up across the globe, more businesses are accepting the reality that remote environments will be a permanent fixture in the modern workforce. This new partnership between Gridspace and Google Cloud will provide less equipt businesses with a wide range of resources to help call centers manage high call volumes, as well as advanced tools to jumpstart success in the opening economy.
"Call centers are increasingly the first line of contact between organizations and consumers, and it's critical to provide fast, helpful experiences," said Amy Bray, Global Head, Google Cloud Marketplace. "Bringing Gridspace to Google Cloud Marketplace will enable customers to quickly deploy its capabilities in observability and automation, and ultimately to build a better experience for consumers."
