Dialpad Continues Company Expansion in Australia
AI-powered communications solutions provider Dialpad has announced it is continuing it’s go to market expansion strategy and will be increasing its presence and work in the Australian market as part of its latest push.
According to company officials, it will be adding more members to its local team in Australia and will also invest in the channel to help more SMBs and enterprises with tech support, customer service and sales.
As part of its go to market strategy, Dialpad is working to modernize and unify communications stacks for organizations who want to be future-ready. A major focus in all of this is enabling “work-from-anywhere” capabilities.
“We have built a strong foundation in Australia with a relatively small team and I’m excited to see what we can do with additional resources,” said Dialpad Country Manager, Gerard D’Onofrio. “This new push will increase brand awareness and customer support in the region, allowing us to more easily tap into the under-developed UCaaS and CCaaS markets.”
D’Onofrio will be leading this new strategy for the company in Australia and brings over a decade of experience working at tech companies like Salesforce and Zenefits. He also has experience in helping to scale sales for CSM organizations in this market.
Since 2020, the company has had its presence in Australia and has developed reseller and master agent partnerships.
One of the unique benefits Dialpad brings to the market is its proprietary Voice Intelligence (Vi) technology with real-time business optimization and tools like call coaching, automated note-taking, sentiment tracking and transcription analysis which will quickly understand local dialects and improve transcription accuracy for customers.
“This is an exciting time for Dialpad and as we continue to scale globally, Australia is a key focus,” said Tenshi Adachi, general manager, Japan and Asia-Pacific, Dialpad. “With a strategically located data centre in Sydney, we are pleased to bring our scalable and reliable communications platform to more Australian businesses.”
