Call Center Management Software Firm Intros Lead Dialing Software to Save Businesses from Million Dollar Fines
DYL, a call center management software firm, has released Do Not Call scrubbing features within its dialing service bundle enabling businesses to ensure they are in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC (News - Alert)) registry, for avoiding bankrupting fines.
There are other auto dialers and CRM software out there, but DYL has taken integration to a whole new level for an end-to-end lead generation and management system for equipping businesses with an arsenal of marketing and follow up tools.
Based in Marina del Rey, Calif., DYL was founded in 2009 by entrepreneurs with knowledge of the lead industry with a reputation as one of the leading providers of lead management software and business phone solutions. DYL has been working with businesses around the country to build solutions that increase books of business, streamline outbound marketing in offices, and boost accountability.
Government agencies have been stepping up enforcement of the Do Not Call registry after years of mortgage relief, credit card, and auto warranty scams. The FTC has also gone after business owners even if using offshore corporations, with calls for enforcement to include putting liens on personal residences and jail time.
While lead list providers should scrub data before passing it on to organizations which use it for telemarketing mistakes do happen and numbers can slip through the cracks. This new Campaign Dialer enables companies to scrub data from various lead providers and their own prospecting lists against the Do Not Call Registry for protection. The Campaign Dialer software has already been adapted by over 2,500 companies including call centers, those generating leads for insurance agents and for marketing recruitment, as well as those involved in real estate sales, though it is compatible for every organization involved in B2C and B2B phone marketing.
According to those who are using the system already their favorite features include being able to sync with any phone, a cloud based solution for storing and sharing data with easy access from anywhere, the ability to upload new Excel lists and start dialing on a new campaign in just, minutes and ease of use. Though in addition to detailed web-based reporting for testing and maximizing campaign effectiveness, Campaign Dialer’s capabilities to enable phone agents to make over 100 calls an hour make it a formidable power tool which prevents staff burnout, slashes labor expenses, maximizes productivity and dramatically increases market share and revenue potential.
A part of this an integrated email system with the ability to customize email templates, automatically deliver email auto-responders and select triggers for email drip campaigns which all include an innovative “Call Me Now” button initiating a live lead call. This is in addition to features like the Appointment Calendar which sync with Outlook and Google (News - Alert) calendars and initiate phone calls for future dates so that no opportunity is ever missed, even if staffing changes.
