VoIP provider Cytracom announced Active Intelligence Monitoring (AIM). The release comes as the newest solution supported by Cytracom's Voice Intelligence Engine, Ivie. AIM delivers call quality analytics to MSPs in order to accelerate issue detection and resolution customer voice services.
