Ringio Unveils Virtual PBX for the iPhone

Ringio, a provider of CRM phone solutions, has introduced a new mobile PBX app that virtually allows users to sync their desktop PBX 24/7 while on-the-go. The application is optimized for Apple devices such as the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, enabling professionals to gain complete control of their office phone system from anywhere and at any time.

Ringio delivers a cloud-based rich calling service that intelligently routes calls to any phone along with relevant information about the caller – making conversations more meaningful and productive. The company has integrated intelligent call routing and CRM data to deliver advanced customer interaction capabilities to businesses.

The robust offering is especially beneficial to small and mid-size businesses that typically cannot afford key call center services or high-end customization techniques. The company had released the beta version of the iPhone app sometime back. According to Ringio CTO Ashish Soni, the app provides a great user experience to iPhone users. Ringio’s CRM-enabled PBX already exists for the Android mobile platform. With support for iPhone and other Apple devices, the virtual PBX provider is better positioned to target business customers in the U.S. and Canada.
