MSP Expo is part of the #TECH SUPERSHOW / ITEXPO 2025 which is comprised of dynamic events; ITEXPO, IOT Evolution (5G,6G,The Smart City, Industrial IOT), Metaverse, Future of Work and Future of CX Expo. While the content and audience of each event is different, the operations and logistics of the expo hall are universal. To keep your exhibit experience streamlined the Exhibitor Resource Center, Freeman site, Shipping labels, Hotel Details will all be under the #TECH SUPERSHOW / ITEXPO 2025.
*Please note, additional cleaning measures have been added, so access to your booth will be available 1 hour before show opening, no exceptions so plan accordingly.

*Exhibitors are not permitted to breakdown before the hall closes, plan your teams travel accordingly.
Specs: Please deliver a vector based Illustrator .eps file format with everything converted to curves. (if for some reason this file format is not obtainable, please contact Alan Urkawich)
*If the side of your booth is on an aisle, the 3 side rail can be removed. This creates the ability for a one way entrance and exit for booth design if you choose.
*Show management is embracing the green initiative; there will be NO AISLE CARPET in the expo hall. Exhibit booth carpeting is at the discretion of the exhibitor.

Shipments will need to arrive on or between business days: January 15, 2025 - February 6, 2025. Materials after February 6, 2025 WILL BE received with an additional after deadline charge. For exact charges, contact Freeman directly.

The Convention Center does not have a Business Center.
Here are the following instructions for Fedex and UPS shipments. Below are the outbound paperwork you can fill out in advance (labeled outbound shipping) and return to FREEMAN in advance or they will have your outbound shipping ready for you onsite or you can fill it out onsite if you prefer. After FREEMAN receives the outbound paperwork, they will produce a material handling agreement, see sample below for a reference (MHA sample).
If exhibitor chooses to ship out Fedex or UPS, you need to provide your own shipping labels and arrange for a call pick up with the carrier during exhibitor dismantle hours. Freeman cannot make the call for a pick up. It needs to be the exhibitor or someone from their office.
The exhibitor will then need to visit the Freeman service desk on-site to fill out outbound paperwork if you have not completed in advance. Once you are packed up, return to the service desk to hand in the paperwork so that FREEMAN can release the freight to Fedex or UPS. (All exhibitors must do this if they are shipping out regardless if they are using Freeman Transportation, Fedex, UPS or a different carrier). If FREEMAN does not receive the paperwork, then they cannot release it to your carrier.
The exhibitor will also need to let FREEMAN know what you want done with the shipment in case UPS or Fedex doesn't show up for the pickup. (This is actually a step that all exhibitors must do if they are not using Freeman Transportation to ship out and this is outlined in red on the sample MHA).
Exhibitor Registration is to be used for your Team Members ONLY. Please never register guests or clients using Exhibitor badges. We cannot allow non-exhibitors access to the expo hall during setup hours.
You receive a generous allotment of free and discounted passes to share with your guests and clients. Those have been provided to you in your Customized Marketing Kit email sent from Stephanie Thompson. Please contact Stephanie if you need the email resent.
There are 2 types of badges - Exhibitor Booth Staff & Exhibitor Conference
Both badges will give you access to the exhibit hall for setup, dismantle & show hours
The difference between the 2 badges is - Exhibitor Conference gives you access to conference sessions & meals where Exhibitor Booth Staff does not.
Either badge allows access to conference breakout sessions
You may choose which team members will receive all access to meals...those individuals register as EXHIBITOR CONFERENCE. All other team members will be registered as EXHIBITOR BOOTH STAFF.
Based on your contract, you are entitled to a certain amount of Exhibitor Conference passes, and unlimited Exhibitor Booth Staff badges.
Refer to your contracted for allotted amounts of Exhibitor Conference passes. If an amount is not specified, you receive 2
Each team member ONLY needs to be registered once under either badge plan.

If a team member is a SPEAKER they have access to conference sessions, meals and expo hall - you DO NOT need to register them for an exhibitor badge.
