CRMnext Enhances Its Smart SLA Management Functionality

By , Call Center Management Contributor

Customer Relationship Management product company CRMnext is aiming to help customer service and sales teams keep their commitments to customers by enhancing its smart SLA Management functionality.

Providing customer service is important for the success of an organization and the newly released capability will ensure that sales teams get timely SMS or emails that help them handle a service request in an efficient manner.

Receiving information at the right time will boost customer experience and ultimately enhance brand image and customer loyalty for businesses.

“Today when there is limited opportunity for product differentiation, organizations are looking towards creating a great customer experience as a sustainable differentiator,” said Dr. Manoj Kumar, product architect, CRMnext. “The advance SLA management functionality will help them to deliver on their promise on time and everytime.”

The new enhanced smart SLA management functionality is designed to allow organizations to maintain internal and external SLAs. These functions will raise alarms if there is any possible breach of SLAs in any organization. Users can also configure multiple SLAs based on the type of service request, complaint and so on.

The solution gives organizations the option of creating escalation rules and enables them to easily manage sales leads and opportunities.

CRMnext recently released advanced custom fields to facilitate customization related to user interfaces, alerts, rules and more. All these play an important role in impacting a logged in user’s performance.

Manoj Kumar, product architect at CRMnext, explained that users will find a range of options under Manage Custom Fields that allows them to use the most appropriate types of field for each field of information. In addition to optimizing user experience, this capability ensures that data is consistently clean.

Users can also create custom fields for the New/ Edit and Details screens that are used for capturing and viewing the details of leads that are generated through multiple channels.
